I had a great experience with Lourdes and Great Day. She came very quickly to assess the floors and had an estimate prepared for me very quickly. When our plan changed she quickly adjusted the estimate and worked with me on the schedule. Their service was great and our floor look great.

When I first called Lourdes and the team at Great Day, it was late and we were reopening our store for COVID. I had been calling tons of places to do a deep cleaning of our store and no one was responding. Lourdes responded to me at 9PM!!! to tell me she could come in the next morning to do the deep clean for us. This level of responsiveness and urgency has continued over the past year with her.
I cannot recommend Great Day enough. You will never be disappointed with their service!
